Last week, training courses on proper hygiene practices began in Ban Ngo, in Xin Man district, as part of the "Drinking Water for Ban Ngo Municipality" project. Following the distribution of water purification filters in April, GTV has promoted training courses to raise awareness among the local community about the importance of clean water in daily life.

The training sessions were conducted by a trainer from the medical staff of the hospital, who is fluent in both Vietnamese and the local language. Various topics were covered during the training, including identifying clean water, diseases and conditions that can result from using contaminated water, and strategies to avoid water waste. Each participant was also given infographics and a personal hygiene kit.

During one of these training sessions, Kien Vu Duy, GTV's representative for Vietnam, and Elena Reato, a member of GTV's board, were also present. In addition to observing the courses, the GTV team was able to monitor the status of the water purification filters distributed last April. They visited schools and some households that had received the filtration system. All the families are satisfied with the project, and no technical or other issues were reported.
