To activate a SAD it is sufficient to send the commitment letter (download here) completed and signed at our office, by fax or in electronic format to our e-mail info@gtvonline.org.

Then the member will receive a commitment letter countersigned by our President, a confirmation letter in which they once again show the contents of the program SAD and child dossier of the matched child.
The first payment is due upon receipt of the documentation and within a month it will make effective the start of the SAD.

In the application form, you can indicate a preference with respect to the payment:

• monthly (20,00 euro)
• quarterly (60,00 euro)
• six months (120,00 euro)
• annual (240,00 euro)

It will also be possible to choose whether to join only the program SAD (240,00 euro per year) or even whether to join the program SAD + (additional € 60.00 per year).
