Principi:

During the implementation of the projects GTV follow the principles of:

• CONSISTENCY:
  projects are often carried out in collaboration with other associations of the Trentino region, to create a network between local realities and be able to operate in an integrated way, by acting simultaneously on several fronts. Consistent and locally circumscribed intervention avoid dispersion of resources, allow to focus on quality and permit to influence more widely development processes.

• INVOLVEMENT:
  GTV leans and collaborates with local partners and institutions to avoid duplication of work and interventions out of context; Aid, focused towards most vulnerable segments of population, in a decentralized and horizontal perspective point to the appropriation of aid by local community in a sharing of responsibility.

• POSSIBILITY:
  when the relevance of crucial topics for the development is not immediately evident to local communities, GTV is strives to give these a chance to evaluate them after providing scientific knowledge on the matter.

• SUSTAINABILITY:
  GTV is committed to ensuring population the necessary skills to take advantage of benefits of the project once it has been concluded through training and agreements with local realities;

• MONITORING:
  GTV is committed to a rigorous and transparent monitoring of the progress and results of the project, both in terms of quantity and quality of single performances in terms of increase in overall well-being and satisfaction of the community intervention.

• CONSCIOUSNESS:
  GTV operates in some of the poorest villages in South-East Asia for the past 14 years. This choice is depended on the belief that it is important to keep for a long time in one place in order to operate in the best way.

• RECIPROCITY:
  in a logic of exchange, to foster a climate of openness, curiosity and knowledge, GTV is committed, through various initiatives, to present glimpses of Asian culture, food, traditions and customs in Trentino.
